What are Lightroom presets and how do I use them?
Presets are pre-made filters to edit your photos. They contain many settings to create this very specific look with one click and work on every photo; yours too. They make any image look beautiful in every lighting situation. These presets makes all of your photo's light, dreamy, luxury and consistent in one simple click.
• Is this a one time payment?
Yes! The presets are a one-time payment and come with an Install Guide to get you all set up using the presets, editing photos quickly and easily from your phone or tablet/desktop. No subscription or hidden fees for the mobile presets, the price of this package is the only cost you'll have. They're yours FOREVER.
• I’m not a professional.. Can I still use this?
These presets are for anyone! Mamas, creatives, bloggers... They are user friendly and and so easy to use. The presets look beautiful on any type of picture AND lighting, whether it's a dark selfie or a bright landscape photo. We're excited for them to help you make editing simple.
• Do the presets change the quality of the image?
The presets don't strip any quality from the photos! You will still be able to blow them up on a canvas or print them as your personal memories for your photobook.
• Can I use them on Lightroom desktop?
Yes. The presets are designed specifically for BOTH Lightroom Desktop AND the FREE Lightroom Mobile App. You'll receive 45 mobile presets (.dng files) and 45 desktop (.xmp files). They can be used for both RAW and high quality JPEG files.
What happens after I purchased a product from your store?
If your payment is successful, you will receive two emails from us –– order confirmation and download emails. The download email will be sent to you within minutes after purchase. If after 24 hours have passed and you have not received your download email, please email us. Be sure to check your Junk email folder first in case the email arrives there. We'll contact you back within 24 hours, if not faster in most cases. You're also able to download the presets directly from our Thank You page - you will be redirected there automatically after payment. In this video we'll show you everything that happens from the moment of purchase till your very first edited photo.
How come the download file is a zip file?
Every product purchased on Dreamy Presets comes with a Term of Use agreement and other related files depending on the product. The zip file allows us to conveniently package all the related files into one file and saves you a lot of time compared to having to download every preset separately. If you are using on MAC or PC, to access the files inside the zip file, simply double-click on it. If you're not able to unzip the file, you may need to download WINRAR if you're running Windows.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital files, we are unable to provide a refund. If you have questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I share my presets with someone else?
No. Our Dreamy Preset products are copyrighted. The license you buy is a single purchaser license. It license does not extend to companies or partnerships and may not be resold (whole or modified, reversed-engineered), loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party.
What if I lose my presets?
Don't worry. Contact us @ help@oneclickfilter.com and we'll sent you a new download link.
